My order was flagged as a fraudulent order
We protect our customers credit card information and details by using a 3rd party payment gateway fraud filter tool. An order may be flagged by this software for any suspicious activity such as the following:
-Billing address doesn't match the billing information on the credit card provided
-Credit card has had history of fraudulent activity in the past
-Invalid addresses are used at checkout
If your order has been flagged as a high risk transaction a NOMATIC Customer Experience rep will request for a form ID that matches the name of the credit card used at checkout to validate the identity of the purchaser. Sensitive information like a drivers licenses number or ID number may be covered up. We are mostly interested that the name and address on the ID match the name on the card.
